What is nugget ice?
Compressed, chewable ice — the kind fast-food chains are known for. It cools drinks fast and people like eating it.
Which unit do we need?
Up to 25 people and a tight counter: i15. Busier break rooms or peak-time demand: i16 with its 16.5 lb bin.
Does it need a drain?
The i15 doesn't. The i16 usually doesn't unless the water is very hard — we test on the visit.
What about cleaning?
UV keeps the reservoir clean; the antimicrobial surface covers the dispense area; we sanitise on the service schedule.
Is it loud?
No louder than a bar fridge.
