Frequently asked questions
Do we need a drain?
The WL900 and i30 need a drain within reach; the i16 usually doesn't. We check on the site visit and run whatever's needed.
How much ice is enough?
Plan on about a pound per person per day on a warm floor. A 50-person shift is comfortably covered by the WL900; plants and DCs go to the i30.
Who changes the filters?
We do, on a schedule, as part of the monthly service. You never track a date.
What about maintenance?
Sanitisation, filters and any repair are included. One number to call, and it's ours.
Can we start with a trial?
Yes — two weeks, installed and serviced, no obligation. If the floor doesn't notice, we take it out.
Multiple sites?
One agreement, one invoice, the same unit at every location. Volume terms for multi-site groups.
