How does a bottleless cooler work?
It connects to your existing water line, filters on demand, and delivers unlimited hot and cold water with no jugs to store or swap.
Do we need to change our plumbing?
No. We tap the nearest cold-water line — under a sink, a fountain, or a nearby wall — with a small saddle valve and 1/4-inch line.
What does it filter?
Carbon-block filtration reduces chlorine, taste and odour; UV inside the tank keeps the water clean between uses. RO is available where the water calls for it.
How often are filters changed?
On schedule, by Oaks, as part of the service — typically every six months.
What's included monthly?
The unit, filters, sanitisation, maintenance and service. Everything.
